Pinstriping done!

Last night I fianlly finished pinstriping Kris' bike! HALLELUJA!!! My fingers are red and yellow and pink and green and blue and orange! I almost have a rainbow on my hands! I wasn't finished till almost 9 in the evening. I had such a crazy day yesterday! Let me preface it all by saying that I do my best pinstriping in the mornings when I have had breakfast, am freshly rested and allert. After everyone has gone to work and school, Jackie and I take a walk and I do my morning talk with the Lord then. All set, time to go to work! But not yesterday!! Here's how it went:
Kris was going to a party after work and asked me to take him in to work so his car wouldn't be in town overnight. He would take the night bus home. OK. Katrina came along to be dropped off at school. We left a little late from home, so I first took Kris to work (on the other side of town) Then I took Katrina to school (back across town). Then I decided that it was a good time to go grocery shopping, so back across town again! On the way home I got a call from the blood bank wondering if I could give blood ASAP. So I stopped in for the vampires to do their job. (They like me because I am o- the blood group that can give to anyone! (Even my blood is generous!)
Finally I was on my way home. On the way home I got a phone call from one of the ladies in my Sunday painting class. She had been to the art store, but her order hadn't come in yet. But now it was there. She wouldn't be able to make it in to pick it up. Would I be so kind as to pick it up for her? OK. She had already paid, so I would get it for her. Then I got another phone call from a fellow in my Monday class. Would I be able to pick up his order? I was going in anyways, so I said OK.
When I got home from the Umeå trip, I noticed that the new owners fro the neighbors house had just arrived and were knocking on the door. (They won't move in till the end of May, so it was a bit curious!) I said that they were all at work. Roger (The neighbor to be) said he had set up an appointment to check on some water damage with a carpenter , and they should be home. I called Jörgen (the current owner) He was mad because he didn't know they were coming today! I knew that their son worked at the local gas station, so I said I could go borrow his house key and unlock for oger. Would I be willing to do that? Could I also stay with them? OK. But he would owe me a steak for it (a runnung joke). So, off to the gas station, get the key, return and unlock. I went home to put away my semi thawed frozen stuff, and went back over to the neighbor's house. It took about an hour till they looked at everything, crawed into all the coobie holes, climbed the roof and took all the moisture readings. I locked up the house and returned the key, taking 15 minutes (½ hour) to talk with the son.
Home again. By now it was 1:00, and lunch time. I put away the rest of the groceries, and made some lunch. There went my time window for pinstriping! Bjorn came home a little after 2 and agreed to keep Jackie. I needed to get to the art store to pick up the supplies before they closed at 3. I took the oppertunity to take Angel- my motorcycle!
Well, I got to the store, and yes, all the supplies were in. Then the lady started to ring it up on the register! Wait a minute, aren't they paid for already? One set was paid for, but not the other! Oh, joy! Luckilly (?) I had enough money in my wallet for it, so I paid it. Then the owner of the shop (a friend) waved me to the back and asked if I'd like a cup of coffee. I immidatly felt the Holy Spirit to say "Say yes!" So, I said yes.
Now, anyone that knows me also knows that I HATE coffee! I hate the smell, the looks and definatly the taste of coffee! So, this was a major leap of faith. I imidatly had visions of having to choke down a full mug of the nasty liquid worm guts, with a smile on my face! What we don't do for the Lord!! Once in back, she remembered and asked if I wanted tea, I graciously said yes please! So, my friend had a few things she needed to talk about. I listened and tried to give a little input, but I think she just needed to talk to someone. An hour later (2½ hours) I was finally on my way home.
When I got home, Bjorn had a friend at home and was playing xbox games, Katrina had 2 friends and they rearranged the livingroom to dance. (I knew they would put it back, no problem) But then the one friend wanted to see where I work. OK. When we got out there, they wondered if they could get tattoos (temporary). OK. Of course, they each took complicated tattoos, multi colored and big! Grrrr. Will I ever get to pinstriping, Lord? So, I then needed to clean out the airbrushes from the tattoo ink, otherwise the ink dries inside and the airbrush won't work. 10 minutes later (½hour), they cleared out with thanks for the nice tattoos, and wondered if I would come and jump rope with them! ENOUGH ALREADY!!! I GOTTA GET TO WORK!!!
So I set up to stripe. Till everything was in order, I looked at my watch- 4:30! Oh, no! This is not good! Now I was in my sleepy time! Soon supper time, slightly hungry, stressed and tired. Not a good time to stripe. So I prayed. Hard! and started to mix the paint. I aske the lord to calm me down, to mix the paint to the right shade, to mix in the right amount of thinner and hardner, to guode my hands to the right starting point, and to place the brush at the right angle, with the right speed and to the right places. I also asked for devine inspiration on how to fix any mistakes, and to see the errors right away. How's that for specific praying! I just kept on praying the whole time I was striping, because I knew this was the worst time for me to be doing it!
You know something? I am sure God's hand was right on top of mine, guiding and directing me the whole evening! I haven't looked at it yet this morning, but I was so glad that the job got done! I finally finished around 9:00 last night. What a crazy day it was!!
Today I have to clean the kitchen and bathroom, clean up in the garage, wipr all the MC parts down, mix the clear coat, take my bike out of the garage, cover everything else, hang the MC parts and clear them. I'll do 4 coats today and let it dry overnight. Then I'll do 4 coats tomorrow morning before church and let them hang overnight. We start reassembling Monday!! Pray that I won't put on too much clear so that it runs. (runs in the clearcoat=bad!)
So, please forgive me if I don't writh for a couple days. I got a lot on my to-do list! Till next time I hope to have some pix of the finished product or a long explanation of why I don't!

One week later...

Time sure does fly by fast! I can hardly believe it has been a week since I last wrote. I have been busy working on Kris' bike. The end is in sight. I have a little blue to do around the lettering, and some orange to touch up. Then I clean everything up and clearcoat it all. So, the beginning of next week we should be able to put it back together! Hurrah!!
Sunday afternoon I had the first class of a new water color course. It's a little shorter- we will be meeting only 5 times. On Monday night I started an oil painting class. It started a bit rockey, but we will be meeting 6 times. Hopefully it will go a bit better in the future.
On Tuesday Katrina had a project day. She decided to do a family geneology search. It was fun to dig up some info on the family, and I even learned a bit about my roots on the Rosenfeld side of the family. Of course, I didn't get much done that day. Katrina had lots of questions!
Yesterday I did get a lot done and did some research on the computer. Then I had a watercolor class in the evening. Today, I will finish the pinstriping. I have off from the younge believers class today, and am looking forward to grilling some ribs on the grill tonight. (With baked potatoed and maybe some cole slaw)
Bjorn started playing soccer on Tuesday and has practice tonight between 5 and 6:15. I guess I will have supper after he gets back from practice. He sure is enjoying having his bike again!
The snow is slowly but surely melting away. The first signs of fresh grass are popping up around the trees and the edges of the sidewalks. Kris shoveled away the snow from the porch out back, so it is nice to sit out there and have a cup of tea in the late morning. Jackie loves all the new smells and sights around her. She has never seen grass before and hasn't made up her mind about it. She definatly doesn't like water puddles and tries her best to jump over them or go aroung them. She is not thrilled at all when we need to give her a bath!
Jackie needs to go out now, so I guess I'll sign off for now. I hope to be able to write a little more often.

First grilling!

I got tired of waiting for the snow to melt, so I dug out the grill from the snow and made grilled hamburgers for lunch! MMMMMMM they sure was gooooood! Why is it that the first grilled burgers of the year are always the goodest! (Thems is so good a body is likliest to plum forgit all that there grammer stuff we aint learned in skool!) We ate them in pita bread with tomatoes, lettus, pickles,cheese, ketchup and mustard. I had grilled the whole pack of 25 burgers so we can just warm them up later and enjoy the flame broiled taste without having to go out to start a fire.
I did a little pinstriping yesterday, but will have to wait till next week to do any more. Too many distractions with the kids coming and going, fighting, wanting a soda or ice cream.... (Who in their right mind wants ice cream when there are still mountians of snow all over the place? My kids!!)

Today I am going into Umeå to get my motorcycle- I was suppose to get it yesterday, but the mechanic called and said that they were giving a course and couldn't do it then, could I wait till today? (Did I have a choice?) So, later this afternoon I will go in and get it.

Katrina is spending the day in town with a friend, shopping and hanging around. Then she will be at her friends house overnight and come home tomorrow at 10 am. Bjorn has Jackie today, so that made it possible for me to go get Angel (the motorcycle). Of course I will have to take a nice long ride to break her in! Yaaaaa hoooooo! I wish you could see the idiotic grin on my face! Wait a minute, you can. OK, it is a dumb smile. But I need to do it now, because if I do that kind of a smile later, I will get all kinds of bugs, and snow and dirt and mud and stones and exhaust and dog hair and forgotten gloves and all kinds of other disgusting things in my mouth while I'm on the bike. What's worse is that I wouldn't be able to get it out cause I need to use my hands to steer and brake, so all that stuff would stay in my mouth and on my face till I happened upon a red light. And knowing my luck, that would be the first time I ever hit all the lights green! So, to avoid all possible disasters, I will do my stupid smile now and keep my mouth shut while driving!

Later today I need to go to the bank and deposit some money. It's time to pay the bills for this month, and I have a few to take care of. I also need to finish my taxes, but will need to do it next week. The kids can't seem to get it in their minds that I need to be UNDISTURBED while doing my bookwork! No amount of fussing, sighing, hinting, reminding, irritated looks, evil eyes, or even plain down yelling seemed to help. I gave up and resigned to doing it next week when they are in school!

I want to finish cleaning the art room and the hallway upstairs today, so I need to get to it. Have a colorful day, y'alls!

Easter eve

It was still snowing yesterday, but today we had the frist rain of the year! (Never thought I'd be so thankfull for rain!) Kris and Bjorn spent a couple hours outside today shoveling away most of the slush from the front pourch area and drive way. What a mess! I even saw the tippy top of the measuring stick that shows how deep the snow is! Do I dare hope?
This morning was my first sleep in for a long time, The kids left me sleep till 9 am!! (A rare treat!) Then a lazy morning followed. We visited with the neighbors for a little while before we came back home. (They have sold their house and are moving in June, and Jergen got the first part of his hunting liscence.) Their kids had been here last night watching a movie, and got home a little late, so they had just gotten up. (lazy bumms!!)
The kids and I painted easter eggs. I had an evil thought of just throwing a bunch of unpainted eggs out into the snow and making the kids go find them! But then I decided that it would be a little too crule. So we decorated eggs instead.
Tomorrow is church, and a chance to meet the man who might become our new pastor. Our current pastor resigned in December, her last days are comming around the corner. This man is supposedly a profet, teacher and pastor; filled with the Holy Spirit and a real servent of God. It will be interesting to see how the grill fest goes! Mostly, I pray that the Holy Spirit will guide us to the right man for the work he has in store for his church.
Tomorrow we are having a little lamb and carrots, potatoes, and maybe even a little garlic bread to celebrate the resurection of our Lord. Nice thing is that it takes little preperation to get it going. Just stick the lamb steak in the crock pot with some water, the veggies and a little salt and pepper and garlic cloves. Bake in the oven till meat falls off the bone. Eat meat and veggies, give bone to one very happy puppy! (last time it occupied her for almost 2 hours!!)
Kris was home yesterday and today, and will be home tomorrow and Monday! 4 days in a row with him home!! That is almost a record! Next week the kids will be home all week for easter break. (Hope I can keep my witts about me!) On tuesday I am looking forward to getting my motorcycle out of storage. Katrina wants to come along for the first ride home. I don't think she realises how wet and cold it is going to be! No better way to learn than by doing! (insert an evil laugh here- woo haa haa haah haaaaaaa!)
I promised Katrina I would go for a walk with her, so I might just as well do it now, and let Jackie come along to stretch her legs. Have a hoppy.... happy easter, everyone! Love and colors!

Me and Triangles

Mom has been wanting me to put a picture of myself up since I started blogging. So, this one is for you, Mom!

The last couple of days have been pretty hectic. Yesterday I took Katrina to school. Her english class wanted to watch Veggie Tales, so I took her in. The American videos go at a different speed than the Swedish ones, so I took out VCR along. Then I stayed to explain what Veggie Tales are and to explain a few worda as they watched. (We saw King George and the Duckie) After that I went to return Bjorn's airgun that broke right away. I was mad! If you get an airgun for $140, you expect it to work! I got t he money back, went to the Tech store and got 2 small guns, 2 extra clips, and some light sticks for less than the original gun. Bjorn liked it, because now he and a friend can play at the same time.
Then I went to the chocolate store- "Frukt Hörnet" (Fruit corner) to get some Masala chocolate. (I love it!!) Then, it was homeward bound.

The afternoon found me in the shop. I sneezed and got a shower of gold, paint dust, spackle dust and metal shavings all over me! I decided that it was time to clean up. It took an hour to clean both me and the shop, but it was nice to have a clean place again! Then I started working on a small triangle piece from Kris' MC. It fits under the saddle on the left side, and hides some wiring.
I worked for 6 hours on this piece! The only thing left to do on it is to pinstripe the outer edge, and clear coat it.

The evening was spent at the painting class. Only 3 showed up- I guess everyone was busy with Easter preperations and cleaning! No matter! I had fun anyways!

I need to do bookwork and shopping today. I think I will do the shopping first, before lunch. Then I will do bookwork, and start getting things ready to do my yearly income tax papers. Recon I better hop to it! Have a good easter everyone. Love and lots of colorful blessings to you all!

Yaaay, more snow!

It is still snowing! Looks like Bjorn will be getting snow on his birthday! (Tomorrow) Here's a recap of yesterday and this morning.
Sunday started early, shoveling snow. It was a couple degrees above freezing, and the snow was wet and heavy. Thank the Lord for that snowplow! Then a little pooch of ours needed to do her buisness, and we went for a walk. I came in and did the dishes, a load of wash and cleaned up the bathroom. Kris had recorded American Idol, so I watched 15 minuted till Bucky came on. Then I went for a shower, and got ready for church. After church we went to a friends house for "fika"- coffee and cinnamon rolls. We came home and "chilled" for a while. We all took a nap, and then I took Jackie for another walk while the lamb was in the oven. (I had forgotten to turn the oven on, so we were in for a late supper. I calles Karoline to see if she wanted to come for a walk with me- which she did. It's always nice to talk and walk together.
When I got back home, Katrina was practicing her dance rutine with a friend. (Talent show is tomorrow night.) So, I finished supper, and we finally ate at 9pm. I crashed on the couch, and slept well.
This morning I didn't feel like shoveling snow, so I didn't! I had to take my car in for repairs. The inspection found that the shock absorbers in the front were both broken, and the head lights need adjusting. There is something wrong with the automatic choke, so that needs to be adjusted. The horn went wimpy on me. Instead of saying move, my horn says, "Oh, sorry I got in your way. I'll just throw myself in the ditch!" So I went to the auto parts store and said I want a horn that says, "MOOOOOOOVE IT OR LOOOOOOSE IT!" So, I am getting that installed as well! Total cost will be somewhere around 500 bucks.
I got home and started with breakfast and getting out all my papers and bookwork. It's time to do my yearly tax papers. This is the first year I have to do it with the buisness included. I am going to a class tonight to learn how to do it. It should be interesting. The rest of my day looks like this:
Keep doing bookwork till 2:00. Then go into Umeå, pick up Katrina at school. Take the loaner car back the garage and pick up my car. Go get some groceries, and take them home. Make supper, do some more bookwork if I have time, and go to the tax course at 6:00 tonight. I won't get home again till 9, and I am sure I'll be pretty tired till then. More snow, and a dapper pappa

More snow .... a good 4 inches of super wet and heavy snow over night. I am so glad that I hired a tractor to plow our driveway. It is more than worth the money when the snow is so heavy!
Kris is home all day today, a strange feeling. But it was nice to have a long snuggle time with him this morning. It is nice when he has time to be with the kids too. (Even if it does look a little monkey like. I been watching way too much animal planet!!)

Later today I will take Bjorn and some of his friends bowling and for burgers. Then Katrina has a birthday party. Kris said that he can take her in. Today is also candy day, so we will go for candy too. I might even get some for myself- masala chocolate! Last night Kris had bought some chocolate for me. I ate some right away and saved the rest for today. This morning, it was gone!! I was so mad!! Sure enough, Kris tried to rescue me from the extra calories and temptation, so he "disposed" of it for me. GRRRRRR! He felt a bit bad about it, saying, "I am a horrible, horrible person!" I of course forgave him, and he vacuumed the couches all by himself!! ;P

Camera back!

I went into Umeå yesterday afternoon and picked up my digital camera. Then I bought some super glue for plastics and fixed it myself! So, today you get to see the first pictures of the golden flames bike. Enjoy!
Otherwise, Katrina's class party went well, no problems. It was just a little late till we finally got home. Then we watched American Idol together (Kris and I). I was really tiredthis morning, even hit the snooze button- a very rare occasion for me! Katrina woke me up at 6:00 (don't know why, but I didn't like it too much!) but had no troubles falling back to sleep. Thismorning I did som paper work, and finished a hockey helmet for one of Bjorn's friends. Nothing exciting, but as I am writing this, I realized that I forgot to do the lightning bolts and put my logo on. Ugg!
I will go back out to the garage when Katrina comes home and finish the last of the gold leafing, and maybe start pinstriping.
The snow is really coming down heavy and fast. I am so ready to pack my bags for Florida! Just out of curiosity's sake, I was looking at the real estate prices in Hawaii! (I am SOOOOO sick of snow!!) Jackie (our Jack Russel) wants to be outside constantly now adays. Not too much fun in this weather!
Bjorn is at a friends house playing Runescape on the internet, Katrina is not home yet, Kris is at work, so that means that I have to take Jackie out. Enjoy the pictures and have a colorful day!

This is the back fender. You can see the diference between the gold painted and the gold leaf. (Bottom of the flame is leaf, top is painted) The leaf catches and reflects the light so much more than the painted gold! I first paint the flames so that if there are any small misses, it is hard to see them, and to give me clear guidelines of where to put the gold when the sizing (glue) is cured. (The glue cures to a clear coat and is hard to see)

More snow

It has been snowing here again, UGGGG! I long to see my grass and flowers, but that won't be happening any time soon! The stick in the front yard that shows how much snow we have is completly covered now. The snow plow came this morning- which I was really thankful for. This snow is really heavy. And it is still snowing. I wonder if God is testing my patience, or just giving me extra time to finish Kris' MC? Who knows?
Today is going to be a busy one. I had agreed to have lunch with the neighbor lady, and give her a ride into town later today. I need to go in anyways for a car inspection, get my digital camera(which they could not fix- more below) , deliver 7 eggs to my forgetfull daughter, and get a few things to make a manifold for my airbrush set up. Besides that I hope to finish goldleafing Kris' bike today, and start pinstriping.
Later on tonight, I will be chaperoning Katrina's class party. Why they decided to have it on a Thursday I will never understand! But, they needed someone mature (!?!) to be there to keep an eye on the kids! (So why did they ask me?? I guess they must be DESPERATE!!) So, I said I could be there from 7:30 till 10 and help clean up. (What was I thinking? Must have inhaled too much sizing. Me, clean up?)
I am a bit irritated at the place that was to fix my camera. They said they would contact me in a couple days. After a couple WEEKS, I stopped in to ask what was going on. They said they hadn't even looked at it yet! (Me was mad!) They would call me tomorrow. Two days later (!!!) they called and said that I would need to take it somewhere else. GRRR! So, now my camera is still broken, I have missed being able to put a "how to" on my web site, and it still isn't fixed! I think I am going to have to use the old reliable solution- if I can borrow it from Lisa, "Use scotch tape!!" (Maybe good old fashion duct tape this time!)
Well, that gold in the garage is calling to me, and it ain't gettin' done no quicker with me just a sittin here. So, it's off to work I go. Have a colorful day!

The Midas Touch

Lately I have been feeling like Midas! I am using real gold leaf on Kris' motorcycle- a real chalange! First you have to put on the sizing (glue). When it cures (goes transparent after 2-10 minutes) a super thin sheet of gold leafing is put on top of it. You only get one shot at it, no repositioning. then you have to gently push the gold into the sizing and let it dry. Then you carefully brush away the excess gold and smooth the leafing that is left to a shine. You can't work on too big of the area, because when the sizing has cured, the gold has to be applied before it gets too dry- a 30 second window. The results are amazing! I like it, but it takes forever to do.
Suddenly I see myself putting gold on everything from chairs to roof molding to ..... THE DOG!!
I do get a mess of gold on my clothes, shoes and hands, so it must look strange to see me in the shop with all the gold stuck to me! Can I call this an exclusive job? or maybe a golden oppertunity?!!
Today I need to do at least the two fenders and maybe the oil tank. The gas tank and the helmet's chin gaurd are golded. But even when all the pieces are golded, I still need to put a pinstripe around each of the flames. So, I got my work cut out for me!!
Bjorn's birthday is next week, and he wanted to have a bowling party. So we will take him and 4 of his friends bowling and for burgers. I am actually thankful. That means less press for me to decorate, bake, come up with activities, and entertain. I recon I am a bit preoccupied.
Yesterday I sold an airbrush package. It included a 3 hour lesson on airbrush techniques, an airbrush, hose, knife and 5 blades, blue fineline tape, automotive masking tape, airbrush cleaning fluid, and 5 bottles of paint. COOL! The customer was satisfied, and I made a little profit! (Although till I pay sales tax, and all the other taxes, it is not that much!)
I heard back from Adult Education that I teach a water color painting class with. Some of the students have called and asked where they found me. They are so pleased with the class that they had to let them know!! So they offered me to do 2 more classes! I am excited! They are so much fun- an educaters dream. There are only students that want to be there, take responsibility for their own materials and inspiration, are motivated, ask questions and I don't have to set grades on their work! I love my life! Thanks Lord for the gift of creativity and being able to share it with others! (Never thought I'd say that! Always wondered how I would be able to make an income from painting.)
Everyone's up now so I guess I ought to get going. A full day today, playing with gold, a parent teacher confrence at 12:30 (Bjorn) and the watercolor class tonight. May the Lord of colors light your path today!

airbrushes for sale

I just got done talking with Anest Iwata. We are trying to set up a partnership where they can sponsor me with airbrushes at a rebated price when I use them in the airbrush courses. I am eager to work with them. My hope is to be able to do some classes at their headquarters in the future. They got the materials and location, I have the knowledge and education for teaching! We'll see how it goes. I am just glad to be able to work with them direct instead of through a company that is less knowledgable about thei products.
The weekend went fast as usual. I am looking forward to finishing the gold leafing this week, and starting the pinstriping on Kris' MC. It will be nice to get this project done and move on to something else.
I am enjoying the peace and quiet of everyone being gone, and having the house (and computer) to myself. NIIIIIIICE! I can listen to the music I like (Pillar at the moment) and sing along without anyone holding their hands over their ears or howling with laughter!
This week is a little less hectic. I'll do my taxes for this month today, then go work in the shop for a while. Tomorrow, Bjorn will be following with Kris to work at the hospital, and I will have to pick him up at 12:00. We'll have lunch in town, then come back to work in the shop. He has a day that he is to go with his parents to their job. But since Kris has patience in the afternoon, I will be with him then. He has expressed an intrest in being a surgeon when he grows up. We will see.
Katrina has a busy weekend coming up- a class party on Friday, ans bowling with the youth group on Saturday, as well as a birthday party for a friend. She feels torn- had already agreed to go bowling, and double booked herself with the friend. Now she must choose. Growing up is tough!
Kris' stint as chief of medicine at cardiology was extended to August. I hope he will be able to handle the pressure of all the responsibility. He said that this past week was tough because they just started with a new computer journal system, and it takes a while to learn it- making all the "paper"work take longer and being a lot more frustrating. I am praying that this week goes smoother for him. ( although the stress contributed to Kris coming home by 7 every day last week, it was nice to have him at home so often!)
I have a water painting class on Wednesday evening, and car inspection on Thursday. I am off from the younge believers class on Thursday, so I have an extra work day.
Wel, I recon I ought to go face the papers, reciepts, and forms to do my monthly income tax for the buisness. Have a good day, y'all!

It's Saturday morning now, and we got only a dusting of snow overnight. We spent the night with the neighbors- Karin and Jorgen Christianson last night. We spent most of the night talking about the Hagaman. He is a serial rapist that eluded polis in Umeå for 7 years. They finally got a DNA match this week and arrested him. He was a "normal" man, good with his childres and at his job, normal childhood, and no previouse trouble with the law. Everyone is shocked and surprised. I feel so sorry for his woman and their 2 children, both under 10 yrs. old. Keep them in your prayers.
Today is cleaning day (big YUCK!!) but it gotta be done! Jackie (our Jack russel) is contently chewing on a bone behind me, Katrina and Bjorn are watching Back to the Future, and Kris is still sleeping. We are going away tonight to our former landlords to play cards. We taught them to play Haus almost 10 years ago, and still get together to play it.
This week I am hoping to finish Kris' bike. There forcasting temps above freezing, so he will be anxious to get it out for a spin. I will be anxious to get the job done. I want to redo the kitchen table top next. It's in a really bad state right now, and I have a vision of painting a monoply board with gold leaf accents in the middle of it. We'll see what happens. I also promised to paint Karin and Jorgens motorcycle helmets, so I have a bit to do. Guess I ought to get busy, then! Have a good day, y'all.
